I ran automotive dealerships — some of the most operationally complex, high-pressure retail environments that exist. Full P&L. $50M+ annual revenue. 35+ employees across sales, F&I, service, parts, and HR. All of it simultaneously, all accountable to me.

Turnaround operator

I was handed underperforming stores and turned them around. Rebuilt cultures, fixed broken processes, and moved businesses from red to black. That's a specific skill set — not everyone can do it, and I've done it more than once.

Now building

The same operational intensity that ran $50M stores now runs seven concurrent ventures. I build with Node.js, Python, and the Claude API. I ship products alone that most teams couldn't ship with five people.
